By installing and using the QUIZZARD app, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions below. If you do not agree, please do not install or use the app.
The QUIZZARD app lets you take part in quizzes across various question categories. Players are asked to answer correctly according to the rules described in detail in the “How to play” section. Use of the app is strictly for personal, non-commercial purposes.
Some features may require you to create a user account. You are responsible for keeping your account details secure and for all activity that takes place under your account.
The app lets you buy and use coins to unlock certain in-game features and lifelines. All coins you earn or buy are virtual and have no real-world value outside the app. Coins may not be exchanged for real money or other goods outside the app.
The app may run contests that users can enter using coins. The terms of each contest will be set out separately. Prizes may include virtual coins and/or real gifts from partner stores. Winners will be notified through the app or the email address they registered.
The app is provided “as is” and “as available.” QUIZZARD is not liable for any loss or damage that may arise from using the app, including — without limitation — connection issues, service interruptions, or data loss.
QUIZZARD may update these terms of use at any time. Changes take effect as soon as they are posted in the app. Continued use of the app after changes are posted counts as acceptance of the new terms.
QUIZZARD may terminate or suspend your access to the app at any time, without notice, if you breach these terms or if it is necessary for security or legal compliance.

These terms of use are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Greece, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
